Movement heals. No doubt about it. It’s good to want to be active. Maintaining a healthy weight and eating foods that will fuel you and give you life and energy is also good. What is not right is having unrealistic goals or a desire to maintain a special mold at all times.

Enjoy life! Eat those cookies if you want. πͺ Not everyday, but you get the point. Don’t be so hard on yourself. We are human, not machines. To be FIT, you are ππππ§ππ, ππ£π©ππ‘π‘ππππ£π©, ππ£π πππ£ππππ€πͺπ¨. It’s not all physical.

In this journey of promoting a healthy lifestyle, I also want everyone to enjoy THEIR journey. Your goals may not be the same as someone else. Also know you are not always going to make the best decisions or always want to go and workout. And that’s ok. We are human. And that’s the beauty of it.
Last time I checked, there more things to worry about other than dress sizes. We are moms, employees, and wives that maintain a busy household. Be kind to yourself. ππΎ
