                           How to Live a Happy Life Wouldn’t that be nice to have a rule book on life, and how to remain happy all the time? Would you believe me if I tell you there is? Fortunate and convenient were also listed under the definition. If we try and seek being happy on our own we will always find disappointment. Living a life of contentment,    knowing life is fortunate and a precious gift in itself, you can be happy. If you see fortunate as only monetarily prosperous , then your priorities on wealth defines happiness to you. Unfortunately, there are endless stories of wealthy people killing themselves. I Am....

Dear Moms, In my hopes to spread awareness on a healthy lifestyle, I also want to spread acceptance and self love.   . Movement heals. No doubt about it. It’s good to want to be active. Maintaining a healthy weight and eating foods that will fuel you and give you life and energy is also good. What is not right is having unrealistic goals or a desire to maintain a special mold at all times.  . Enjoy life! Eat those cookies if you want. 🍪 Not everyday, but you get the point. Don’t be so hard on yourself. We are human, not machines. To be FIT, you are 𝙁𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙚, 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨. It’s not all physical. .
